WILDE BICYCLE CO (hereinafter referred to as WILDE) is a bike brand created by Jeffrey G. Frane, also known as Jeff from the former ALLCITY, along with Jeffrey G Frane as the central figure.
Thanks to your support, it has become a brand with a staple following here at Circles.
We have now received this year's highly anticipated delivery from WILDE!
We will introduce them in order, including the long-awaited new models and new colors for classic models.
New Model : Dark Star
The first new model to highlight is the Dark Star, a steel hardtail MTB that utilizes WILDE’s custom BOSS tubing and sliding dropouts.
Designed for a 120–130mm travel suspension fork, this bike features geometry that is both playful, fast, and fun.
While it might fall into the category referred to as "downcountry" in modern technical terms, for Jeff, this is an all-around MTB developed with the intent of being perfect for every type of off-road ride.
The current trend in hardtail design—long wheelbases and aggressively slack head tube angles—might make sense for a 150mm travel dual-suspension bike, but Jeff felt this approach was misguided for a 120–130mm travel hardtail.
The elements he sought in a hardtail MTB were:
1: Snappy acceleration from the moment you step on the pedals
2: Quick handling and nimble maneuverability
3: A sense of fun that makes you want to jump or hit side features using small bumps and gaps in the road
The Dark Star is packed with Jeff's dedication to balancing these elements, ensuring it handles correctly and feels alive in any riding situation, not just downhill. He set the head tube angle at 66.5 degrees, striking an exquisite balance between confidence on descents and maneuverability at low speeds. It also features a higher bottom bracket to make it easier to clear tight, technical rock sections and perform bunny hops.
With adjustable dropouts, you can change the chainstay length from 425mm to 440mm, allowing for fine-tuning based on terrain or riding style.

Additionally, the optional Future Proof Rigid Fork is Jeff’s personal answer to the common notion that MTB standards change so rapidly that your new bike might be "obsolete" in five years.
By pairing it with this rigid fork, your MTB will remain a useful tool for transportation or bike packing for years to come.

New Color : Supertramp
The Supertramp is what you might call WILDE's flagship flat-bar bike packing/ATB platform.
The new color is "Dirt Champagne," which looks great on the trails. Starting with this batch, the head tube is updated to the standard 1-1/8″ size, and the rear dropouts now support SRAM’s UDH; other than that, the specifications remain identical to the previous version.
It clears up to 29×2.6″ tires and comes pre-equipped with mounts for any racks, accessories, or bags you might need. Designed for all-terrain trekking and bike packing, this platform is truly multi-purpose, suitable for anything from a month-long backcountry tour to a quick daily errand.
You can go anywhere and do anything. If you are looking for one bike to explore the possibilities of cycling as the only bike you will ever own, the Supertramp is your best choice.

Also, among the WILDE lineup, the most popular at Circles are the Rambler and Rambler SL, which are base steel frames that serve as the optimal solution for a gravel bike, available in steel and carbon fork variations depending on how you use them.
Similar to the Supertramp, these now adopt SRAM’s UDH rear dropouts. Rest assured that they are compatible with not only SRAM’s direct-mount rear derailleurs but also standard rear derailleurs from SHIMANO and microSHIFT.
Compared to standard gravel bike geometry, the Rambler series features a higher stack height, allowing for a higher handlebar position, with an emphasis on stability for long rides on rough roads or high-speed descents.
Beyond just enjoying pure gravel rides or bike packing/touring, this bike is built for versatility. It embodies Jeff’s idea that "comfort is the secret to speed" by setting the handlebar higher. While they can be assembled with drop bars, the steel-fork Rambler is particularly interesting to assemble with flat bars.
