Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Definitions]
For the purposes of these Terms:
These Terms: these Store Terms of Service.
We / Us / Our: the operator of the online store established using this service.
Service: the mail-order sales service we provide via the internet.
Purchaser: a person who applies to purchase products in accordance with the procedures established by us after understanding and accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
User: any person who, after understanding and accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy, searches, views, or uses images, text, designs, logos, video, programs, ideas, information, and other materials provided through the Service (collectively, "Content").
Article 2 [Application of These Terms]
These Terms govern use of the Service that we provide via the internet. Users are deemed to have accepted these Terms when they begin using the Service.
Article 3 [Changes to These Terms]
We may change all or part of these Terms, or establish supplementary terms, without prior notice to Users or Purchasers. Any change or addition becomes effective when posted on the site through which the Service is provided, and use of the Service after that time is subject to the revised or additional terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for damage suffered by Users or Purchasers as a result of changes or additions to these Terms, whether direct or indirect and whether foreseeable or not.
Chapter 2: Purchase of Products
Article 4 [Purchase of Products]
Users may purchase products from us through the Service. A User who wishes to purchase a product must apply in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by us.
After confirming the delivery address, order details, and other information entered or registered, the User clicks the button indicating an intention to place the order. A sales contract for the relevant product is concluded between the User and us when our email confirming the order details reaches the User.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate conduct occurs in connection with use of the Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
A minor may not purchase products through the Service without the prior consent of a duly authorized legal representative.
Article 5 [Changes to Registered Information]
If any name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase changes, the Purchaser must promptly notify us. We are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to register such changes. Transactions already processed before a change is registered will be handled based on the information registered before the change.
Article 6 [Payment Methods]
The total amount payable consists of the product price displayed on the site plus applicable consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling fees.
Payment for products purchased through the Service is limited to payment by a credit card in the Purchaser's name, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or another payment method designated by us.
When paying by credit card, the Purchaser is subject to the terms separately agreed with the card issuer. Any dispute relating to use of the credit card must be resolved responsibly between the Purchaser and the card issuer.
Where a payment method designated for the Service is governed by a separate agreement between the Purchaser and the payment provider, including agreement to the provider's terms, the Purchaser must comply with that separate agreement. Any dispute relating to that payment method must be resolved responsibly between the Purchaser and the payment provider.
Article 6-2 [Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Related Charges for International Shipments]
For orders shipped outside Japan, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs handling fees, and other similar charges may be imposed under the laws and regulations of the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (Purchaser) and may be billed directly to the recipient by the carrier or customs authority. The amount varies depending on product type, declared value, and destination and cannot be determined or guaranteed by us in advance.
Article 7 [Returns]
Returns requested by a Purchaser will be handled in accordance with the special provisions concerning returns stated in the Legal Notice under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act posted on this site.
Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information
Article 8 [Handling of Personal Information]
We handle personal information in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
Chapter 4: Responsibilities When Using the Service
Article 9 [Prohibited Conduct]
Users and Purchasers are prohibited from engaging in any of the following when using the Service:
- Conduct that causes or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or us.
- Conduct that infringes or may infringe intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us.
- Conduct contrary to public order and morals, or conduct that violates or may violate laws and regulations.
- Using Content obtained through the Service outside the scope of private use.
- Copying, selling, publishing, distributing, publicly disclosing, or carrying out similar acts with Content obtained through the Service, whether directly or through other Users or third parties.
- Interfering with operation of the Service or other services we provide.
- Conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate, including conduct that damages our credibility or reputation.
- Any other conduct we determine to be inappropriate.
Chapter 5: Disclaimer
Article 10 [Disclaimer]
We are not responsible for damage caused to a third party as a result of a User or Purchaser violating these Terms or related rules.
We make no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or other qualities of the Service or information obtained by Users or Purchasers through the Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, even if Content disclosed or posted through the Service contains false or misleading information, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or disadvantage suffered directly or indirectly by a User or Purchaser as a result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for product quality, materials, functions, performance, compatibility with other products, other defects, or damage, loss, or disadvantage arising from them, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a Purchaser fails or refuses to receive a product, cannot receive it because of an extended absence, provides an unknown delivery address, or otherwise cannot receive the product for reasons attributable to the Purchaser, we will be deemed to have fulfilled our delivery obligation by contacting the Purchaser using the registered contact details and attempting delivery to the address specified when the product was purchased, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 11 [Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights]
Content provided through the Service belongs exclusively to us or to a third party holding legitimate rights. If a dispute arises between a User or Purchaser and a third party as a result of a violation of this Article, the User or Purchaser must resolve the matter at their own responsibility and expense and must not cause us damage, loss, or disadvantage.
Article 12 [Governing Law]
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 13 [Consultation and Jurisdiction]
If a question arises concerning interpretation of these Terms, we may determine the interpretation within a reasonable scope. The parties agree in advance that, for all disputes relating to these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over our location will be the exclusive court of first instance.
