OUTER SHELL ADVENTURE has been creating environmentally friendly, long-lasting cycling gear with a keen eye and sharp ideas. Kyle Ng, the founder of Outer Shell Adventure, is a vocal opponent of the disposable culture and aims to create products that build a good relationship with nature by eliminating zippers, which are fragile parts of bags, as much as possible, and minimizing the number of seams. To combat the disposable culture, we make gear that is as durable as possible and designed to be repairable, which is why all of our products are covered by a lifetime warranty policy.
OUTESHELL is the embodiment of the Repair, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle spirit in action.
LIFETIME WARRANTY.
If the product is the result of a manufacturing defect or defective materials, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge OuterShell will determine at any time whether the product is covered by this warranty. Damage caused by wear, accident, improper use, or natural deterioration of materials over time is not covered, but please contact Circles any time a problem arises.
REPAIRS.
Out-of-warranty repairs are welcome and will incur a charge, but we prefer to make the repair instead of disposing of the item. Please feel free to contact Circles to inquire about out-of-warranty repairs.
