Shipping policy

  1. Orders are normally shipped within 1–2 business days after the order and payment are confirmed. Orders placed by 10:00 are generally shipped the same day. This may not apply to orders requiring additional work, during sale periods, or on store holidays.
  2. Messenger delivery is available within Nagoya City only.
  3. We ship every day from Monday through Sunday except on temporary store-closure days.
  4. Delivery areas: throughout Japan and to eligible international destinations.
  5. Delivery may be delayed depending on credit-card processing. If you would like to request a delivery date or time, please enter your request in the order notes in the shopping cart.
  6. Orders are shipped from Circles.
  7. For damage or loss during transportation, please contact the shipping carrier.
