About Circles Visit Reservation

Reservations are not required in principle / Reservations are recommended for visits that require a solid conversation

New bicycle purchase consultation, delivery, overhaul. In the case of these three requirements that require solid communication, I would like you to make a reservation even if it is troublesome. (Basic reservations are not required for mamachari repairs.)

Regardless of whether the price of the vehicle is high or low, our staff will do our best to communicate with our customers so that we can carefully select, understand, and convince customers that they can enjoy their daily lives and hobbies.

what to do with a reservation

The three items that require reservations are time-consuming consultations/guides. Each exchange is as follows.

Vehicle purchase consultation (1-2 hours)

Maintenance / overhaul (30 minutes to 1 hour)

• Fine final adjustments such as saddle height
• Instructions for use and maintenance

Parts purchase / custom consultation (30 minutes to 1 hour)

• If you want to purchase after carefully listening to the explanation

The contents of each customer are different, but in general, it will be like this. Please feel free to make a reservation (without purchase) as it does not matter if it is just a consultation.

It is not a reservation for the work date and time

Appointments are consultation times. If work is involved, you will be asked to leave the car body or take it home until the work date is fixed, except for repairs and work that can be repaired immediately on the spot.
