| Order Validity Period | Products will be held for up to 5 days after we send the order confirmation email. If payment cannot be confirmed within 5 days, the order will be treated as canceled. Convenience-store payment orders will also be canceled if the payment deadline expires. |
| Defective Products | Whether a product is defective is determined by the product manufacturer or by Circles. If the customer and the manufacturer or Circles disagree as to whether a defect exists, the final determination will be made by Circles. We carry many handmade products; normal variations in manufacturing, stitching, and finish are assessed at our discretion after inspection. We will nevertheless make every reasonable effort to assist, so please contact us first. If an already-installed item is determined to be defective, labor costs associated with removing or reinstalling the item cannot be reimbursed. |
| Sales Quantity and Inventory Discrepancies | Products are available while supplies last. Because inventory is also sold in our physical stores, an item may occasionally sell out before online inventory is updated. If payment has already been completed in such a case, we will promptly cancel the payment or refund the amount to the customer's bank account as applicable. |
| Delivery Timing | For bank transfer and convenience-store payments, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. For credit-card payments, unless a delivery date is specifically requested, orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. When your order arrives, please check the items received. We cannot accept requests for return consultation more than 7 days after delivery. Returns must be sent back in the same packing condition in which they were delivered. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if product tags, packaging, accessories, or other included items are damaged, soiled, or missing. Shipping and refund-processing costs associated with returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons are the responsibility of the customer. For apparel, returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear beyond normal fitting. This includes items carrying odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume. If an item is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the shipping cost for the return or exchange. If an already-installed item is accepted for return or exchange, labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation cannot be reimbursed. We carry many handmade products. Normal variations in handmade manufacturing, stitching, and finish are assessed at our discretion after inspection. Tickets and admission passes purchased at the customer's request cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled for any reason once the ticket purchase contract has been concluded. Tickets are not subject to a cooling-off period. |

Same-day delivery within Nagoya City
Our bicycle messenger can deliver items ranging from a single inner tube to a bicycle frame. This service is available only within Nagoya City.
Delivery fee: flat rate ¥800 within Nagoya City (revised July 1, 2023). This messenger service is excluded from the free-shipping offer for purchases of ¥10,000 or more.
Orders for same-day messenger delivery are accepted until 15:00; later orders are delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate requested delivery times up to 19:00, but cannot guarantee a specific time. If no one is available to receive the delivery, items that fit will be left in the mailbox; larger items may require redelivery for an additional ¥500. Delivery to workplaces is also available.

Flat-rate shipping within Japan: ¥800 (revised July 1, 2023).
As stated in the current Japanese policy, Circles covers shipping for purchases of ¥10,000 or more, subject to the exclusions described above.
