[Return / Exchange]

When you receive the item, please check the item you ordered first.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions for 7 days after delivery.

  • Must be unused
  • The product tag, package, accessories, etc. attached to the product are not damaged, soiled, or lost.
  • Return it in the packed condition
  • The shipping fee shall be borne by the customer

Regarding the wear, if you feel that it is more than trying on, we will not accept returns / exchanges, so we will return it by payment. (Including cases where the product smells of cigarettes or perfume.)

After returning the product, if the above conditions are confirmed, we will process the refund / replacement shipment.


We make every effort to ensure the quality of the product, but if the product is damaged or is different from the order, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives and we will return or exchange it at our expense. Let's eat.

In addition, we handle many handmade products.
Since it is posted after being inspected once, please note that product errors peculiar to handmade products and irregularities such as sewing are at our discretion.

Defective products will be handled at our expense.
