SimWorks by Nissen
Move, turn, stop. Because it carries lives and runs, we want to prioritize thorough safety. With the philosophy of Nisshin Cable and the ideas of SimWorks, we aim to fill the world with more good feelings. We sought the importance of correctly capturing the voices of users in the manufacturing process, beyond just creating better products, and the result we arrived at was flexibility and diversity.
Why Nissen?
Even with the widespread adoption of electric shifters and hydraulic disc brakes, wire pulling will never disappear. In the world of sports bicycles, there are people who seek high-quality wires for solid reasons, and fortunately, there are people in Japan who make them. We couldn't let this fire go out, and that's how the collaboration with SimWorks began.
The Features of Nissen Outer Cables
Both the outer and inner cables are characterized by their flexibility. This allows for easy and stress-free wire routing, promoting smooth lever operation. Made of stainless steel, they also offer weather resistance, making them suitable for heavy-duty bikes
The Features of Nissen Inner Wires
With a special structure that is flexible yet does not stretch, and is durable and long-lasting, it surpasses the market's inner wires in every aspect! By tightly twisting 31 wires together (typically 19 wires), the high-density twisting reduces the gaps between the wires, increasing rigidity in the stretching direction while maintaining higher flexibility.
