BEDROCK SANDALS relocated from Oakland, California, to Missoula, Montana, a place with a more natural outdoor feel. However, the cold winters there make it difficult to live a year with only their existing sandals. They needed footwear that was as functional as the rest of the sandal lineup, yet comfortable enough for winter. The result is this pair of sandals.

The Mountain Clog is a pair that covers the entire foot from the instep forward, making it perfect for year-round use, even in the coldest of winters. If you wear thick, warm socks, they will also keep your feet warm. Moreover, since there is little worry that you will bump your toes somewhere or drop something and injure yourself, you can wear them without hesitation while maintaining safety in a variety of situations.

In addition, the round and gentle aspect of the shoes is not only good for outdoor wear, but also for casual wear, so they can be used not only in outdoor scenes, but also as a "stylish pair" for everyday use.

Features of Suede Leather Mountain Clog

The upper is made of durable leather suede, lightweight and flexible. The lining is lined with soft polyester spacer mesh for comfort and breathability.

The clog's footbed is made of a cushioned and durable polyurethane footbed that is anatomically molded with zero drop (heel and toe heights are the same).

The patented mountain clog design features high quality webbing with three adjustment points and a toe-covered climbing rubber toe cap for all your adventures.

The Vibram® black non-marking MegaGrip rubber sole is extremely grippy, durable, and performs in all conditions. Resoleable.

The instep and heel straps can be adjusted with G-hooks, just like the Cairn 3D Pro II. The lack of a strap at the nose strap makes it a little less secure than the Cairn series, but it allows the toes to feel more liberated. The strap on the outside of the instep can be released with a single action, and since the foot is firmly secured, it is easy to put on and take off.

The footbed is a gentle three-dimensional shape that falls somewhere between the completely flat Carin and the three-dimensional Cairn 3D footbeds, which are designed to support the sole of the foot. The footbed is the thickest in the BEDROCK SANDALS lineup, so it has a high level of cushioning and is comfortable enough to wear all day long.

The newly designed outsole, designed specifically for the BEDROCK Clog, provides the functionality necessary for outdoor activities, but is also easy to use when pedaling a bicycle or in everyday life. The Vibram® Mega Grip material used for the outsole also provides excellent grip in muddy areas and near water.

The toe portion, which is subject to a lot of physical contact, is coated with rubber for improved safety and durability.

The sandals are made one size larger than the other models because they are designed to be worn with socks, and although you may be concerned about their width when worn barefoot, they can be securely fastened by adjusting the three straps.

If you are already wearing BEDROCK sandals, please refer to the following as there are slight differences depending on your size when compared to Cairn's size.
