The Stealth Grey series, a limited-production model from ASTRAL CYCLING, features ceramic coating technology from the American brand Cerakote. This high-performance coating, which offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance, is hard, crack-resistant, and highly durable against abrasions and other damage, making it widely recognized as a military-spec (Mil-Spec) coating.
The matte-finished rims with ceramic coating deliver exceptional durability even under harsh conditions, such as rugged off-road riding, allowing you to build wheels that withstand long-term use.
Solstice is an aluminum rim designed to master hill climbs, combining exceptional lightness with durability. Weighing just 405g, it rivals many carbon rims in lightness without compromising durability.Wheels built with these lightweight, high-stiffness rims spin easily and smoothly, while still effectively transferring pedaling power to the drive train. This makes them excellent not only for high-speed on-road cruising but also for climbing performance. The rim has an internal width of 20mm and is compatible with tires ranging from 23mm to 32mm in width.
The name “Solstice” refers to the solstice—the point at which the sun reaches its highest or lowest position—symbolizing the pursuit of excellence and peak performance. Its outstanding reliability and stability have earned high praise from custom bike builders and many gravel riders alike.

All ASTRAL CYCLING rims are designed to maximize tubeless compatibility. A deep groove called the “Drop Channel” is located in the center of the rim, allowing for smooth installation of tubeless tires.They also incorporate the “Tubeless Easy” system, which precisely adjusts the diameter of the bead seat where the tire contacts the rim, allowing for easy and safe tire installation and removal. This system also reduces the risk of damaging the tire bead.Furthermore, the design allows the bead to be easily seated even with a floor pump, making it simple to change tires in your home garage to suit your ride.
