We will hand over your purchased bicycle or a bicycle that has undergone maintenance.

Please select your preferred time to make a reservation.

Specifically for new bicycle handovers, the following procedures are involved, which will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

• Verification of the bike
• Final fine-tuning, such as saddle height adjustment
• Explanation of usage and maintenance
• Test ride
• Purchase of accessories like locks or lights, and payment of the remaining balance
