【SimWorks by MKS】It’s not just about how smoothly they spin.

It’s here! It’s finally here!

Could it be that SimWorks is causing a small revolution in the world, or maybe not?

Could those rumors be true? Those little things that go round and round.

Made in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture.

At the inaugural MADE Bike Show held last month in Portland, Oregon, we were able to see SimWorks by MKS pedals installed on a wide variety of bikes.

It was such a grateful and happy sight to see.

It is an incredibly moving moment to see our products being used and loved all the way across the ocean.

Since our first collaboration in the spring of 2021, we have restocked a series that is no exaggeration to call a permanent favorite among SimWorks products.

This is the "Bubbly Pedal," the first product from our collaboration as SimWorks by MKS.

The point of these pedals, which boasted one of the largest surface areas among MKS pedals at the time, is not just the size, but the shape designed to fit your sole. With their delicately engineered curves, you'll be sure to find the position that feels most natural for you to pedal.

This is the younger sibling of the Bubbly Pedal, the slightly more compact Tiny Bubbly Pedal.

Many of you may be wondering: what’s the difference between the Bubbly and the Tiny Bubbly?

We’ve explained the differences in size and how to choose your pedals in a past product review blog post, so if you're stuck deciding which one to get, please take a look.

My shoe size is 23cm, and I’m also not very tall, so considering the balance with the bike size, the Bubbly Pedal is a bit too big for me, and I find the Tiny Bubbly Pedal to be a perfect fit.

The absolutely incredible Ashima Shiraishi—who I personally adore (though I’ve never met her)—also has these Tiny Bubbly Pedals installed on her CRUST / Evasion step-through bike.

So cool!

Taco Pedal

This is the latest from SimWorks by MKS: the "Taco Pedal."

In terms of size, it's one of the largest original pedals we offer. Its vast platform, which rivals even the Bubbly Pedal, combined with 10 removable studs, keeps your soles firmly locked to the pedal, allowing you to put down serious power. A solid fit for your feet also leads to reduced fatigue.

We offer plenty of replacement parts so you can use them for a long time

Of the parts that make up a bicycle, the four rotating parts with bearings are the hub, headset, bottom bracket, and pedals. And of the parts that make up a bicycle, there are three that are in contact with the rider: the grips, the saddle, and the pedals.

That's right. Pedals are an incredibly important and indispensable part of achieving a comfortable ride.

You want to use pedals that fit your feet and your riding style for a long time, and we want you to use them forever, too! That’s why this original MKS pedal series comes with a wide range of replacement parts.

Beyond just repairs, you can also customize the colors of the side plates; that's another fun way to enjoy them.

Since the rain, the wind has felt quite autumnal, and I’ve been thinking over the last few days that it’s become such a pleasant climate—neither too hot nor too cold. (Though as I say that, it’s still pretty hot during the day... I’m soaked in sweat...)

Whether it's for wandering around town on your bike or heading out for a leisurely ride into the mountains to see the autumn leaves, I'm sure there’s a pedal out there that fits you even better than what you’re using now! Go ahead and find yours!
