【RAL】This is my cap

Hello everyone!
I’m a little late with the introduction, but...
This is my cap!!!

You don’t usually introduce a cap—or any of your personal belongings, for that matter—to someone by saying "This is..." as if it were your partner. But this “This is my cap” is so cute that I just can’t help but want to introduce it to everyone.

It features a 100% cotton Madras check fabric with a nice, thin texture. With a navy and white base accented by fine red and yellow lines, I might be biased, but I think it’s just adorable.

It’s so comfortable to wear that even when I have it on, I find myself picking it up or wanting to stand in front of a mirror just to see how it looks on me!

Produced by Run Boys ! Run Giris ! & Manufactured by VELO SPICA

This cap is based on the “This is my cap” model, which is part of the “This is my sports wear” lineup—an original brand created by Run Boys ! Run Giris !, a running shop in Chiyoda, Tokyo, that specializes in everything from apparel and shoes to accessories for running and trail running.

An all-purpose cap with excellent functionality

This cap was created with the concept of being useful not just for running, but for everyday life, hiking, walking the dog, traveling, and more—and its shape is perfect for us cyclists, too.

At first glance, it looks like a standard 6-panel cap, but it incorporates technical features like a highly absorbent sweatband and a brim that can be shaped however you like. Another one of its great features is that it can be folded up small and tucked into your pocket.

A collaboration item that transcends genre boundaries

In fact, this "This is my cap" is a unique item that serves as a base for collaborations with various manufacturers and shops, not just Run Boys ! Run Giris !.

The various partners collaborating on this base are diverse and transcend genres, including Pot Equipment Store, the studio/shop run by WELLDONE, which creates gear for various outdoor activities; TACOMA FUJI RECORD, a brand that operates like a record label by printing artist illustrations and photos on T-shirts; and Mikkeller TOKYO, a Tokyo-based craft beer maker and bar. When they kindly reached out and asked, "How about RAL joins in, too?" the answer was an immediate "Absolutely!"

And this cap is manufactured by VELO SPICA, a name familiar to all cyclists. I’d love to tell you more about its features, but that would probably get too long, so I’ll save it for next time!

It has so many thoughtful details that you’ll want to say, "This is my cap!" too.
