New Structure: Built-in Frame
The biggest feature of the Mega Bar Bag is, without a doubt, the 3D aluminum frame sewn between the layers of fabric.
This frame prevents the bag from losing its shape when packed, and allows it to be attached to the bike without needing metal support like a front rack.
Outstanding Storage Capacity
Main Compartment
There is still room in the main compartment, and you can extend the roll-top for even more storage!
First, the main compartment. In addition to a well-organized interior, it features an expansion space with a roll-top and drawcord, allowing you to adjust the volume based on what you're carrying. Whether it's gear for a long trip, a jacket you want to take off, or extra food you bought on a whim, this expansion space will definitely come in handy!
Once you've finished packing, pull the drawcord tight and close the flap! You can adjust the length of the straps to perfectly fit the contents of your bag.
Also, by extending the belts, you can attach items to the front or top of the bag. We recommend using this space for long items that don't fit inside the main compartment.
Other Storage Spaces
There are plenty of useful features besides the main compartment.
Equipped with many practical functions, such as a zippered flap pocket and high-capacity stretchy side pockets. The flap fabric is made of the same weather-resistant material as the main body, perfect for small items like smartphones, wallets, and sunglasses that you want to grab quickly. The stretchy side pockets are spacious enough for drinks, toys, and anything else you need to stash.
3 Mounting Methods
① Handlebar Mounting
Mounting is very simple. It can be easily attached using only belts and a drawcord. Thanks to the built-in frame, it maintains its shape even without metal support, keeping your load stable and preventing sway.
② Handlebar Mounting with Rack
Of course, it can also be used in combination with a rack or other supports. When you need to carry heavier loads (over 5kg is a good guideline), we recommend using it with a rack. This lets you carry your important cargo even more safely.
③ Saddle Mounting
It can also be used as a saddlebag by using separate or existing straps.
Once you've removed the included parts, switch to your own straps to secure it to the back of the saddle, and then use the drawcord to fix the bag to the seatpost for a stable mount.
