May flew by in the blink of an eye, and before we knew it, the rainy season was just around the corner.
That’s hardly a surprise, though... considering that May played host to that super big event, Mori, Michi, Ichiba!!🌞✨
Despite the rainy forecast, the venue was filled with an infectious energy and a palpable sense of excitement. It was three days wrapped in that unique, thrilling atmosphere that only happens when a music festival and a market collide.
Above all, this year we teamed up with so many wonderful, supportive friends to bring energy to the entire 2-chome street along the coast! It became such a luxurious block, lined with brands we’ve always had a close relationship with.
It was such a happy time for us, getting to fully enjoy Mori, Michi, Ichiba ourselves while helping to create its very atmosphere.
Introducing Circles Original Goods
Of course, the Circles booth was just as vibrant!◎
To coincide with this year’s Mori, Michi, Ichiba, Circles released some original items!
Thankfully, these two items were a huge hit on-site, and now they are available for purchase in our WEB SHOP too♪

Circles × CHAORAS Original Tenugui (Towel)
We had them make a piece using the fabric from CHAORAS’ classic "Sports Tenugui," perfect for rides.
What we’re really proud of is the perfect 40cm × 100cm length.
・Wear it over your head to fully cover your neck from the sun
・You can also wrap it around your neck.
・Stuff it under your helmet to help deal with sun and sweat during summer rides!
The color scheme is also super cute, and it’s a piece that’s sure to put you in a pop and happy mood.

We created an original design for the classic outdoor Nalgene bottle!◎
The 0.5L size slides easily into a bag, making it just right for both daily use and riding.
In fact, it’s a classic move among hikers to use these for snacks like nuts or rice crackers!
That kind of freedom is part of what makes Nalgene so appealing.
On the back, it says "THE RIDE is High." Don't worry about the grammar—think of it like Blondie’s "The Tide Is High" or De La Soul’s "Stakes Is High." It’s got that "Riding is awesome! Let’s get hyped!" kind of vibe. It’s all about the mood, okay?

The graphics this time were done by Kotaro-san from Atelier Michikusa & TUMBLEWEED, who we’ll also be collaborating with at this weekend's event, "Bloom and Ride." He's a familiar face who also painted the mural at Circles TOKYO.

These are captivating shorts that take everyone who wears them captive. The gear made by TORAYA EQUIPMENT, a maker of travel gear, is always simple and stress-free. I personally love their long pants, and they’re so comfortable I find myself wanting to wear them two or three times a week.
For this Circles bespoke color, we chose a cobalt blue, imagining "the incredibly beautiful blue sky and sea of Mori, Michi, Ichiba," all while maintaining the carefully crafted silhouette that makes them easy for anyone to wear! This special original T-shirt was commissioned for Circles’ 18th anniversary from Nabe-san of TACOMA FUJI RECORDS, and features artwork by Tomoo Gokita, the artist behind TACOMA FUJI RECORDS’ iconic logo. To coincide with Mori, Michi, Ichiba, they’ve released the long-awaited new color!!
While the purple and pink color scheme is pop, there’s something subtly acid about the finish. The clown riding a bike has a quiet madness lingering behind its cuteness—something inherently mysterious. This natural awkwardness is incredibly enchanting; it’s a design that really pulls you in.
If you’re tired of the polished or the predictable, maybe it’s time to wear a little bit of that dissonance. If you ride with him (the clown), it’s sure to add some fantastic spice to your usual rides!
