Usually, this standard cross bike from Kona comes equipped with flat bars and 650B wheels as a factory stock model. However, under the concept of "more comfortable, faster, and further," we took the plunge and customized it with drop bars and switched the main components to Shimano's road group, SORA. Furthermore, we upgraded the wheels to 700C.
For tires, we installed SIMWORKS BY PANARACER's The Homage / 700x43c to handle all types of road conditions. Additionally, we’ve included the Obento Rack—also a creation of SimWorks and Nitto—as standard equipment! With this meticulously thought-out assembly, we're even throwing in a bottle cage from the start! From your daily commute to long-distance touring, this is guaranteed to be the best partner you could ask for.

Also a flagship model from Surly, the long-touring Disc Trucker. We asked ourselves, "Couldn't we build this even more affordably and even cooler than the factory complete bike price of ¥198,000 (excl. tax)?" Thinking that, after all, this is the realistic way a Surly should be built, this bike is one of the answers we came up with.
Taking advantage of the frame's disc-brake design, we upgraded the complete bike's 26-inch wheels to 27.5-inch wheels and installed the classic road-plus tire: WTB / Horizon 650x47B. The main components are Shimano ALIVIO. A 3x8 setup is actually surprisingly perfect. The cockpit is a no-compromise combination of SimWorks’ super popular Fun3 Bar and their standard Tomboy stem! This bike will answer your curiosity, whether it's for your daily ride, weekend picnic rides, camping tours, or even one day traveling the world, and it will be a bike you can stick with for a lifetime!

We’ve kept you waiting!! The grand finale of this New Year’s special bike selection is the All-City Electric Queen!!
The factory complete bike comes equipped with a RockShox suspension fork, but actually, the frame and fork set comes with an original rigid fork! Personally, I find a plus-spec mountain bike with a rigid fork to be quite fun even on the trails! So, we decided to finish the Electric Queen in a rigid fork spec this time!
Considering the damage to the frame that can occur from riding aggressively on trails with a rigid fork, we generously installed a highly durable and high-performance Chris King headset. The main components are the classic Shimano SLX for trail bikes. The handlebars are Surly's Cheater Bar and the saddle is Fabric's Scoop. We’ve also included a PNW dropper post as standard equipment—an essential item for mountain bikes nowadays! The rims are VELOCITY's Dually and the tires are WTB's Bridger. The 3.0 air volume can handle any road condition. It is, of course, tubeless-ready.
