Yesterday, it was announced that the state of emergency would be lifted in 39 prefectures. However, Aichi Prefecture’s own state of emergency measures will remain in effect until the end of this month, May 31st. We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the future business operations at Circles.
We will continue to operate our store by appointment only.
Please use our online booking system to schedule your visit. We have also been receiving an increasing number of requests for online consultations via Zoom or Skype, so please feel free to utilize these as well.
We have operated by appointment only for about a month since the state of emergency was declared. To ensure the safety of our valued customers and staff, and to provide the best possible service to those who visit us, we believe it is best to maintain our current operating model as we continue to contribute to society as a bicycle shop.
If you already know the products you wish to purchase, please use our web shop. For those located within Nagoya city, our Daisy Messenger service can provide same-day bicycle delivery.
Of course, we may need to adapt our operations again depending on the situation, but for now, we will continue to operate as described while remaining mindful of virus prevention measures. We appreciate your continued cooperation and understanding.

As a general rule, store entry remains restricted to customers with appointments only. Upon entry, please sanitize your hands at the entrance and wear a face mask.
Please note that we will continue to accept general bicycle repairs on-site as usual. However, as we currently receive many repair requests daily, please be aware that we may need to keep your bike and have you pick it up at a later date.
