You never know where inspiration might be hiding. A year ago, by some twist of fate, I ended up participating in an ekiden relay race.
Back then, I barely ran at all, so the fact that I’ve now become the runner at Circles who logs the most miles is completely unexpected even to me. Looking back, I think a lot of it comes down to that experience. If it had been a race competing for individual rankings, things would have been different.
And today, one year later, I found myself running on that same ground again.

It would be a lie to say I don't care about the ranking, but surely I'm not the only one who finds a sense of romance in the act of passing the sash. Plus, I just love running together with everyone.
As I wrote in **my blog the other day**,
**Would you like to run with me at Meijo Park this coming Sunday (February 12th)?**
**We’ll meet at Circles at 9:00 AM**, ride over to Meijo Park, and run 3 to 5 laps of the 1.3km running course. We’ll be running at a conversational pace, so it’s perfectly fine even if you aren't confident in your fitness. We can look after your bags, so don't worry about that.
You never know where inspiration might be hiding. Please feel free to join us with a light heart.
**Let’s run together!**
