White Industries is synonymous with high-precision CNC parts made in the USA. They are known not only for the parts that single-speeders love, such as ENO cranks, eccentric hubs, and freewheels, but also for their beautiful machined VBC cranks.
To celebrate their 20th anniversary, they have brought back the Speed Racer Hub—which is no longer in production—as a limited run of 100 sets! The unique hub shell, kept exactly as it was back in the day, contributes to increased strength, allowing you to build a sturdy wheel. Living up to the "Speed Racer" name, its smooth rotation is something you won't forget once you've experienced it. Naturally, the freehub body has been updated to be 11-speed compatible (we have only received the Shimano body version).
The set also comes with a T-shirt featuring the Speed Racer Hub design. In our report, we mentioned that three sets would be arriving, but in fact, we received inquiries immediately upon their arrival, and now only one 28H set (Serial No: 7/100) remains...
