Our stomach's best friend, EARLY BIRDS BREAKFAST, takes on a new persona at night—when they catch a delicious scent—becoming HEDGE HOG DINER, or "Hejiho," to create a fun atmosphere.
Perhaps drawn by the stylish tacos that recently arrived from across the sea, it seems some spicy folks will be paying a visit to Hejiho.
Tacos shop from Tokyo
Starting at 6:00 PM tomorrow, Friday, May 17th, Hejiho will be hosting a Taco Night!! featuring Tacos shop, a tiny 2-tsubo (approx. 71 sq ft) shop located in Harmonica Yokocho, Kichijoji, Tokyo.
The owner, Mr. Hoshi, is a huge cycling fan who also honed his skills in French cuisine. His tacos, which reflect that background, are slightly tweaked daily based on the ingredients, so it’ll be exciting to see how they turn out.
He’ll also be bringing colorful homemade salsa, chili peppers, and limes, so get ready to pile them on and dig in!
And! To get into the spirit of things, we’ve prepared a special bike with a zesty, spicy kick, inspired by the taco salsa! You’ll have to wait until tomorrow to find out what it is!
Of course, when it comes to tacos, we can't forget 100TACOS. We’ll be holding our own in the 100 Tacos booth, too! You'll be able to pick up stems, T-shirts, caps, and other goods!
