At first, I just wanted to make a "handle with care" sticker. I consulted with Chaya Minami—who helps us with our design work, is an intellectual from Izu who can sing and dance, is the "Pie Chief" of the Japan Pie Throwing Association, and works as a guide for the Yamabushi Trail Tour—and this illustration is what we came up with.
Will the concept of us cyclists fly off into the distance along with Spaceship Earth?
I suppose that's what a "Circles-esque" philosophy would look like as an illustration, right?
Well, though I say it myself, it turned out so incredibly well that I felt it would be a waste to just keep it as a sticker. And so, this carefree, happy-go-lucky bottle was born.
