In this blog, we will explain these two frequently asked questions.
How to use coupon codes
Once you have decided on the items you wish to purchase, proceed to [Checkout], and tap "Enter coupon code" to open the input field. Enter your code there.
The discounted price will then be displayed.
Redeeming Circles Points
Next, we will explain how to redeem your Circles Points. This can be a little complicated, but the basic flow is to exchange your points for a coupon code, and then use that code at checkout.
Tap the [Circles Points] tab at the bottom right of the Web shop.
On the rewards list page, select your preferred item or coupon, and tap [Redeem].
A coupon code will then be displayed.
Press [Apply code] to have it automatically applied to your checkout screen. If it is a discount coupon, you can use it immediately.
If you are redeeming points for an item like a cap or T-shirt, add that item to your cart yourself, and then enter the coupon code. The item will become free. (*Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs.)
