WALD BL Half Basket

These are the half-size 137 and 139 models, custom-made by Tokyo-based Blue Lug for WALD, the American brand known as the gold standard in front racks.

Their shallow design pairs perfectly with the rack bags that have been all the rage lately, making them ideal even when there’s not much clearance between the front wheel and handlebars or the rear wheel and saddle.

Of course, you can use them as regular baskets, butit’s common to mount them on a small rack—like SimWorks’ OBENTO RACK—and extend the top panel to use them as a porter-style rack?!

Unlike the standard 137 and 139 models, these do not come with mounting brackets, so please attach them to your preferred rack using zip ties, hemp twine, or similar.

We also recommend using it in combination with the RAL / WB LOADER.
