Engraved Brass Spacers by TOMII CYCLES
Custom frame builder from Austin, Texas TOMII CYCLES / TOMII CYCLES. The builder, Nao Tomii, has a unique career, having studied fine art in the U.S. and worked in sculpture and three-dimensional art in Boston, Massachusetts, before starting his own frame building business.
The bicycles he creates have a delicate, nostalgic feel like Indian jewelry, yet are fused with cutting-edge imagery, and the bikes he creates with the motto of making bicycles that are fun to ride have a unique presence.
For the past few years, as well as custom-ordered frames, we have been focusing on the production of beautiful parts such as brass top caps, spacers, and bells.
Even the brass spacers are individually decorated by Nao's hand, and no two are alike.
All parts are patinaed (chemically changed in color) and then waxed, allowing the brass to age and change over time.
This item would be a great addition to your own bike, or as a gift for a loved one or riding companion.

*Comments from Nao about maintenance
As for the maintenance of brass parts, all parts have been patinaed (chemical color change) and then waxed. (Because the texture is not good if lacquer or clear coat is applied.)
So the color will change over time (even the grease from your hands will weather it). That is one of the interesting things about brass, but if you wax it regularly (especially after touching it with your hands) or wipe it with a soft cloth, the original patina will last longer. (It's like a jewelry store.) Wax is fine for cars, wood flooring, whatever.

完成車の配送
- 完成車の発送には別途送料9900円(税込)を頂戴いたしますのでご了承ください。(ただし、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます)
- ご購入手続きを頂いた後、最終チェックを行い発送させて頂きますが、1 - 2週間ほどお時間頂く場合がございます。何卒ご理解下さい。
- 梱包の都合上、いくつかのパーツを外した状態でお送り致します。最寄りの自転車店様にて組み付け作業をご依頼することを強くお勧めいたします。

フレームセットの配送
- 全国一律送料：5500円（税込）(ただし、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます)
- OMNIUMのフレームセット、完成車は送料が異なります。

- 当店でご購入頂いたフレームセットのフェイシングやタッピングの下処理はサービスにてお受けしております。ご購入後別途ご案内いたします。
- ヘッドセットの取り付け・BBの取り付けも工賃はいただきますがお受けしておりますので、お気軽にご相談下さい。
カスタム・ストックホイールの配送
- 配送には別途送料2000円(税込) を頂戴いたします。なお、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます。
- ストックホイールはメカニックによる最終チェックをして出荷いたしますので出荷まで3営業日ほどお時間いただきます。
