The H2 series combines the strongest leather saddle from Selle Anatomica with a modular frame with Chicago threads. The main feature is that everything can be disassembled and reassembled with an Allen key. Selle Anatomica considers saddle leather to be a consumable like tires, and while the company has offered a leather reupholstering service, the H2 allows users to replace the saddle leather themselves, which comes due every five to seven years, without having to send it to the manufacturer for reupholstering.
Another thing is that the H2 is one of Selle Anatomica's most durable saddles; the H series leather is produced using a proprietary process that produces a harder, more durable saddle leather.
The H-Series leather is designed for cyclists weighing between 86 and 113 kg. It is also an ideal saddle for touring, long distance riding, and cyclists who prefer a stiffer riding platform.

Traditional saddle leather is soaked in water and then molded and dried, a process that causes the leather fibers to line up in one direction, making the saddle leather very stiff and requiring years to acclimatE Watershed leather is made of two layers: high-grade U.S. full-grain leather and top-grain leather that is glued to the leather to hold it in placE The leather is then formed in a unique press that can form the leather as it dries. The resulting saddle leather is bendable and supple and will fit your hips in a matter of days.
Watersheds are finished to weatherproof specifications, but are not waterproof.
Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations in the texture and color of the leather from product to product. Please enjoy the natural texture of natural leather.
To maintain the quality of the leather and the durability of the saddle, we recommend the use of a special saddle source andwaterproof rain cover.
The saddle rails are longer than those of conventional leather saddles, allowing for a wide range of front and rear position adjustment.
