RAL Chambray Work Shirt
The one and only chambray shirt that becomes more personal the longer you use it
Just riding the rhythm of the fluttering hem of the shirt makes me feel great. I feel like I can go anywhere with that wind.
Why chambray? If you ask me, it's because I wanted to make something that gets better the more you use it, just like the brass pedals that were specially ordered by MKS. When a product is new, it's really only for a moment, and I personally love things that evolve through use, not through deterioration. I try to choose other items based on these criteria.
Chambray, woven with indigo blue and white threads, was originally used for workwear because it "doesn't show dirt easily," so naturally it is a good choice for work. The elbows, chest, and other places where it might sag are reinforced with details.
Another detail we focused on was the number of stitches in the sewing process. We designed this item so that the stitches would become more and more rustic as it is washed over and over again, and the more it is used, the better the atmosphere will become.
The supple and soft 100% cotton fabric is made in Japan, so there is a good gap between the threads for good ventilation. The result is a chambray shirt that can be used well all year round.
