Paul Components has been manufacturing bicycle components in a renovated garage in Chico, California since 1989, which was a former oil distribution facility for Texaco Oil until 1926. Paul believes that great products should be based on simple ideas, easy maintenance, and a high level of functionality.

Canti Lever, a beautifully machined canti-brake compatible brake lever, has been redesigned. Newly adopted Sealed Bearing Pivot. It is compatible with many types of brakes, including cantilevers, caliper brakes for road use, U-brakes, and roller cam brakes.
