OUTER SHELL Pico Pannier Clamp Kit

This clamp kit includes all the hardware necessary to mount the Pico Pannier.

Based on KING CAGE's Universal Support Bolt, it uses a specially machined nut so that the bolt nut portion does not stick out, allowing the Pico Pannier to be mounted on a plastic frame without damaging it.
