This is a mounting adapter for the cantilever brake pedestal that came with the NITTO Campee Rack.
The stays are 7mm in diameter, the same as the connection rods, so they can be combined with Dharma screws. It is utilized when mounting the rack to a cantilever brake or V-brake bike.
