Description
Circles Bespoke MKS Brass & Black Painted Brass Pedals
This is a bespoke model that Circles spent three years developing from the conceptual stage, with MKS manufacturing the side plates of their classic pedals using brass.
Unlike anodized or electrodeposited paint, the black paint will chip off with use, revealing the brass underneath. The exposed brass will then oxidize and gradually tarnish, and depending on the environment of use, verdigris may even appear. This finish allows for a unique aging process that can be enjoyed by each user.
The side plates of the Raw model, finished with natural brass, will tarnish with use and age, and can also be polished to create a new luster, offering another way to enjoy them.

The BM-7 is a model that revived the popular BMX pedals from the 1970s in 2012. The side plates feature a finely rippled design, offering excellent fit with sneaker soles, making them ideal for use on BMX, MTB, gravel bikes, cross bikes, and more. Additionally, the slight curve indented towards the center keeps the foot centered on the pedal, supporting stable pedaling.
The aluminum body is built around a hand-adjusted cup and cone bearing system, ensuring durability and smooth rotation. Maintenance can be performed using a dedicated cap spanner.
