The "Seat Clamp with Carrier Dowel" is a built-in "carrier dowel" on both sides to fix the upper arm of the rear carrier to the seat clamp, which is originally only a part to fix the seat post. Even on bikes that do not have dowel holes on the frame side, it is possible to mount the rear carrier with high-strength bolt fastening.
The biggest advantage is that it looks much cleaner than the method of forcibly fixing the carrier by wrapping a band around the seat stay. Furthermore, since it is secured with bolts that snap into place, concerns about loosening, shifting, or damaging the frame while riding are greatly reduced.

- For packing, some parts may be removed. We strongly recommend having the bike reassembled and checked by your local bicycle shop before riding.
