The "Seat Clamp with Carrier Dowel" is a built-in "carrier dowel" on both sides to fix the upper arm of the rear carrier to the seat clamp, which is originally only a part to fix the seat post. Even on bikes that do not have dowel holes on the frame side, it is possible to mount the rear carrier with high-strength bolt fastening.
