This is the most orthodox type of tiddlywheel used to pull the arch wire of Dia-Compe cantilever brakes and center-pull brakes, and two 10mm wrenches are used to secure the brake wires.
In order to adjust the brake touch and effectiveness as intended by the operator, vertical adjustment of the tilde position is essential, and fine adjustment should be made here as well for the cantilever and center pull brakes used.

- We will send the bike with some parts removed for packing. We strongly recommend that you have your bicycle assembled at your nearest bicycle store.

Regarding the delivery of frame sets
- Nationwide flat-rate shipping: 5,500 yen (tax included) (However, an additional fee will be charged for delivery to Okinawa and remote islands.)
