Axle insert used when configuring earlier Twin Bearing R45D rear hubs for 135×10mm QR.
For R45D Centerlock hubs with serial numbers starting with 671 and R45D Gen.2 6-Bolt hubs starting with 691 using the Twin Bearing system. Not compatible with the current Gen 4 system.
