The Seattle-based KAVU team has taken their classic "Strap Cap" model and tailored it with BEDROCK SANDALS webbing.
In terms of construction, the cap features KAVU's signature D-ring adjuster, which allows for smooth fit adjustment. In addition, 43-stitch VERTEC reinforcement in five locations provides high durability. The brim is made of tough polyurethane material, and the underside is heat-laminated to prevent it from losing its shape. The hat body is a four-panel construction reinforced with 1" wide grosgrain tape to keep it comfortable and stable for extended wear.
Lightweight, durable, and well protected from the sun, this is the perfect cap for outdoor activities. It all started in 1991, when Barry Barr, founder of KAVU, was piloting a fishing boat in rough seas off the coast of Alaska when a gust of wind blew his hat overboard.
He decided to make a hat that would never be blown off again, and this is how the strap cap was born.
About 30 years have passed since then. The cap is still cut and sewn by hand by the same family in Seattle, and continues to be loved as the "strongest hat" to this day.

完成車の配送
- 完成車の発送には別途送料9900円(税込)を頂戴いたしますのでご了承ください。(ただし、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます)
- ご購入手続きを頂いた後、最終チェックを行い発送させて頂きますが、1 - 2週間ほどお時間頂く場合がございます。何卒ご理解下さい。
- 梱包の都合上、いくつかのパーツを外した状態でお送り致します。最寄りの自転車店様にて組み付け作業をご依頼することを強くお勧めいたします。

フレームセットの配送
- 全国一律送料：5500円（税込）(ただし、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます)
- OMNIUMのフレームセット、完成車は送料が異なります。

カスタム・ストックホイールの配送
- 配送には別途送料2000円(税込) を頂戴いたします。なお、沖縄・離島への配送は追加料金を頂きます。
- ストックホイールはメカニックによる最終チェックをして出荷いたしますので出荷まで3営業日ほどお時間いただきます。
