The WINTER SOCKS, which were characterized by their thinness and warmth that belied their winter socks, have undergone minor changes to become the evolutionary version EVO. The gray-colored panel that wraps the toes from near the metatarsophalangeal area has been replaced with a longer pile fabric, increasing the warmth of the toes. The length has also been lengthened from 15 cm to 17 cm. The familiar "assosoires" logo is on the side of the left foot only.
The most significant feature of these socks is their material. While most winter socks are made primarily of merino wool, ASSOS' new WINTER SOCKS are made of a blend of polyester, some elastane, and cotton. The new Winter Socks are very smooth to the touch and are thinner than the previous winter socks.
Newly developed material for even greater comfort
The odor-resistant Lycra/polyamide blend provides a comfortable, slight warmth inside the shoe and wraps tightly around the foot and ankle. In addition, the toe area has an additional soft panel that quickly expels heat from the toes, which can easily become stuffy.
The high density, 160-needle, seamless construction provides lightly compressed support that wraps flat around the entire foot, preventing bulging and tightness. The arch area is wrapped with a ribbed band that wraps around the foot, providing further arch support and a three-dimensional feel that wraps the foot in three dimensions.
