Perhaps it is the road bike that most purely teaches us the joy of gliding through the world.

This is a company led by Tom Ritchey—a mythical figure who is still involved in frame design today, clocks 10,000 miles (16,093.44 km! Seriously?) a year, and channels the inspiration he gains from his rides directly into his bicycles.
The customer, whose hometown is Hamamatsu, ordered this bike with the vision of making quick trips back to their parents' house, and to feel the ease of gliding smoothly toward yet-to-be-seen mountain summits and roads they have never traveled before.
With an eye on MADE IN USA
We used seatposts and stems from THOMSON, a manufacturer that has built an unshakable status for aluminum parts, to limit weight and maintenance issues. Including the fact that they are manufactured in the United States, we incorporated this as a gesture of respect for Tom Ritchey.
Tom Ritchey’s design philosophy seen throughout
Minimalist lugs, TIG welding, butted tubing, and an integrated head tube.
Balancing light weight with high rigidity is exactly what Tom Ritchey’s design is all about.
It goes without saying that this philosophy of making things "light and long-lasting" brings great benefits to the user.
A living legend, Tom Ritchey.
Building this bike reminded me once again that the final destination of his logic is entirely focused on the person riding the bicycle.
