The Epicenter of "Nagoya Food is Bad!"

Ugh, I'm sorry, but Nagoya seriously doesn't have any good restaurants. Even less than Tokyo.
I really want someone to tell me about good restaurants in Nagoya. When you ask Nagoya locals, they just recommend chain restaurants, so it seems like many of them aren't interested in food at all.

Shunsuke Inada's take on the matter

Mr. Inada is a food culture expert who started out in an izakaya in Gifu and expanded nationwide; he is also the producer of Eric South. I personally love his work and frequently watch media he appears in. I find this opinion convincing as well.

Post-Recording Notes

The issue of Nagoya's "bad food." Personally, I think the real problem is that rent in Nagoya is so cheap that bad restaurants can stay in business. Sometimes you can hit a terrifying dud. lol
There are plenty of delicious restaurants, so please reach out if you're ever in Nagoya! – by Mon-jya
