For those of you already enrolled in our Circles Points program, today I’d like to review how to earn and use points on the web shop, and also introduce some newly added items available for point redemption!
How to Earn Points
Open the Circles Points tab at the bottom right of the web shop and register as a member. It’s super easy—all you need to do is provide your email address and set a password!
Converting Points to Discount Coupons
Once you’ve finished shopping, open the Circles Points tab, select the amount you want to redeem, and click the "Redeem" button to generate a coupon code. Copy this code and enter it during checkout to apply the discount.
Exchanging Points for Rewards
The items listed here are eligible for point exchange. First, add the item you want to your cart, then open the Circles Points tab and click the "Redeem" button to generate a coupon code. Copy this code and enter it during checkout to apply the discount and make the item price 0 yen.
If you redeemed points by mistake
Please contact us via the web shop chat (the red speech bubble icon). We will invalidate your coupon code and return the points to your account.
If you forgot your login password
You can reset it from the "Password Recovery" page on the login screen.
If you want to change your email address
Please create a new account with your new email address and contact us via the web shop chat. We will transfer the points from your old address to your new one. When you contact us, please be sure to provide both your old and new email addresses.
We’ve added more point redemption items!
It’s a new year, so for the first time in a while, we’ve added more rewards (point redemption items)! Even if you’ve been saving up points but don’t have any shopping planned for a while, redeeming them for rewards is a great option.

TACOMA FUJI RECORDS meets Circles T-Shirt 2024
We’ve also added the 2024 anniversary model from TACOMA FUJI RECORDS, who create our annual anniversary T-shirts, to our rewards list.
The artwork is by Tomoo Gokita, the artist behind the iconic Tacoma Fuji Records logo, printed on a reliable shirt body that fits everyone perfectly.
BAR LIQUARS meets Circles 18th Anniv Lemon Sour Glass
BAR LIQURS, the drinking division of Vallicans, has brought back the commemorative lemon sour glass from our 16th anniversary.
We chose Jerry Ukai’s "SAVE THE EARTH RIDE A BIKE" artwork, because, well, this design just screams cycling.
If you ride your bike, drink a lemon sour, eat some delicious curry or ramen, and spend time laughing with friends, war wouldn't exist! Peace on Earth! Cheers in Nagoya this weekend!
