Our popular free size-exchange campaign is still running. For this review, we sent LOVE CYCLIST the sizes above and below their estimated size, allowing them to try them on and choose the perfect fit.
If you are able to visit our shop, you are more than welcome to try them on and compare them in person, but if you are considering purchasing through our web shop, please take advantage of this offer.
Free Size-Check and Return Campaign
Upon request, we will include the sizes above and below your chosen size so you can try them on and find the perfect fit, then return the pairs you don't need. (e.g., If you order EU 42, we will also include EU 41 and EU 43).

We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
(This campaign runs until the end of 2021)
Please ensure the following conditions are met when returning the items:
・Return the items within 10 days (from the date of product arrival to the date you ship them back to us).
・The product must be free of dirt and scratches. (Please be especially careful when trying on the white model, as dirt is easily visible.)
・The product must not have been used, except for trying it on.
(This includes mounting cleats.)
