Should you look at things microscopically, or with a bird’s-eye view? Actually, why not both!
I’m Motonobu Nakamura, aka "Kantoku" (Director), wandering around under the name EDIT design&supply. I’m a bicycle shop called Circles—deeply rooted in Nagoya, yet crafting things globally—and I also help out with graphics and socks for Circles’ original "RAL" line. Everything that happens at this shop is a miracle, where bikes, gear, and people keep coming together in an ever-expanding circle.
Do you know the Eames, famous for their furniture and architecture? Their film "Powers of Ten" is a dizzying journey of scale: it starts with a man lying in a park, then the camera gradually pulls back until it's out in space, only to zoom back in rapidly, return to the man, and then dive all the way down into his cells.
Small parts come together to form a bicycle, and the road ahead stretches on forever! It’s not just the road, but also the people connected to it. And when I get home, I find myself enraptured by the dull glint of my bike parts. Wow! Is Circles the "bicycle version of Powers of Ten"?
This T-shirt looks like tiny cells, yet also like a map. Isn't it nice to look at things from different scales?

So, following the Ancient Circles T-shirt and the TACOMA FUJI meets CIRCLES, our third original T-shirt was handled by none other than our go-to "Kantoku," who supports us both professionally and personally!
A T-shirt you can enjoy twice over: whether looking closely or from afar. The printing was once again done by Mr. Izuru of Daisy Print Works. It’s a passion-filled T-shirt, featuring a rich 4-color print that reveals just how arduous the process was the more you stare at it. We actually have other things in the works, but Mr. Izuru mentioned that among all the original T-shirt projects this time, this design by Kantoku was the most challenging, bar none.
