4-Way Stretch CORDURA® Denim
First up is a pair of jeans featuring a new fabric: 4-Way Stretch CORDURA® Denim. It takes SWRVE’s previous CORDURA® Denim jeans and adds an incredible amount of stretch.
CORDURA® Denim boasts four times the abrasion resistance of regular denim. It also has a high blend of polyester and nylon, making it lightweight and quick-drying, so it’s comfortable to wear even in the upcoming warm weather. I have, of course, experienced its comfort and durability for myself more than enough.
If I had to name a weak point, it would have been the stretch, but the 4-Way Stretch CORDURA® Denim introduced this time is so stretchy it could almost be described as being like rubber.
It is incredibly tough and long-lasting, comfortable, and stretches well; it’s no exaggeration to say these are the finest cycling jeans I know.

The Slim Fit design features extra room in the thighs for smooth pedaling, and a tapered cut toward the slim leg opening to ensure they don't get caught in the chain.
Which model you choose depends on personal preference. If you want more room around the waist and thighs, go for the Regular Fit; if you prefer a slim silhouette that follows the line of your legs, choose the Slim Fit.
Beyond the fabric, both the Regular Fit and Slim Fit share the same features as cycling-specific jeans.
Designed for comfort, durability, and safety
The waist is cut higher in the back to cover you while you're on the saddle or crouching, and lower in the front so as not to put pressure on your stomach.
When you roll up the cuffs, reflective piping is revealed on the inside of the leg. The seamless diamond gusset in the crotch reduces pressure on sensitive areas, making lifting your legs smooth and easy. We also use highly durable triple-chain stitching on high-stress areas.
SWRVE jeans are made using highly functional fabric and structured with the essential details to make the most of those characteristics. Anyone who puts them on will likely want to wear them anytime, anywhere.

Tough, abrasion-resistant, and stretchy Durable Cotton
Durable Cotton, a cotton-polyester blend, is an incredibly tough and abrasion-resistant material. Because it's also woven with nylon and Lycra®, it has exceptional 4-way stretch. Using nylon not only increases durability but also allows the fabric to wick sweat away from the skin more quickly.
In addition, it has a DWR finish, providing light water repellency and wind resistance.
Durable Cotton has already proven its functionality and earned high trust in pants like the Durable Cotton Camp Trousers and Durable Cotton Camp Shorts. Now, we’ve used it as the fabric for our new Durable Cotton Work Jacket.
I’ve already started wearing it, and I’m impressed by how much lighter it feels than it looks when holding it. It’s excellent in terms of stretch, so it’s incredibly easy to move in. I’ve also had a lot of people tell me, “That’s a nice jacket.”
