Introducing the new cockpit from SimWorks × NITTO
Were there any bikes from this year's MADE show that caught your eye? Among the many on display, one new SimWorks product generated quite a buzz. Did you notice the distinctively styled handlebar mounted on the GOOOST collaboration bike, the Doppo Ronin?
That handlebar is none other than the new “Still Cruisin’ Bar” by SimWorks and NITTO.
Adopting a bullmoose style that integrates the handlebar and stem, this design carries over the philosophy of our most popular model, the Getaround Bar, while achieving higher rigidity, a simpler aesthetic, and a pursuit of ease of use.
Features and Background

15° Grip Angle: Inheriting the Comfort of the Getaround
The Getaround Bar is one of the most popular handlebars in the SimWorks lineup. The Still Cruisin’ Bar is designed starting from the 15° grip angle that is its namesake. We designed it so that riders can feel intuitive control while maintaining a natural wrist angle.
Rigidity and Compliance through Bullmoose Construction

While taking advantage of the natural “flex” unique to chromoly steel, the two-pipe bullmoose structure ensures the bar is firmly secured, suppressing excessive deflection even when you grip it hard. It’s designed to dampen vibrations while providing solid stiffness when you’re out of the saddle or accelerating.
Attention to a Beautiful Silhouette

This is an area where the angle is often widened to prioritize welding strength, but SimWorks and NITTO repeated prototyping and strength testing to refine the silhouette as much as possible while maintaining structural integrity. As a result, we believe we have achieved a balance of strength and beauty.
Playfulness in the Name
By the way, the name "Getaround" is a reference to the Beach Boys' classic song "I Get Around," and the album featuring that song is titled "Still Cruisin'." Such trivial (they might get mad at me for saying that!) attention to detail is perhaps exactly the kind of playfulness that makes us SimWorks.

Which bikes is it for?

The Still Cruisin’ Bar is perfect for frames with a head angle around 72–74°, such as single-speed, commuter, or touring bikes.
It allows you to relax when you’re out for a nice cruise through town, yet it responds firmly when you want to put power into a dash from a red light or climb a hill. It’s a handlebar we recommend for riders looking for a partner that fits perfectly into their daily life.
