[SimWorks by NITTO] Little Nick Bar SSB

One of SimWorks' biggest hits, the Little Nick Bar, is back—now in aluminum and featuring a wider profile.

Less Is More

Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, a titan of the 20th century, famously said, "Less is more."

When you ask yourself what you truly need, you might be surprised to find it isn't all that much.

Eliminating all waste and rejecting ornamentation—a certain kind of beauty is born from this very philosophy.

With no rise and a simple 15-degree backsweep profile.

Its linear and sharp-angled look simplifies your bike’s styling, further highlighting the beauty of the two triangles that form a bicycle.

It is an incredibly simple handlebar, so by the standards of today's commuter bar trends, it might feel a bit understated. However, its refreshingly waste-free, essential shape is a piece of gear that lets you focus on bike control without any distractions.

Form Follows Function

American architect Louis Sullivan said, "Form follows function."

When you strip away all decoration and commit fully to function, the beauty of an object truly stands out.

Unlike the chromoly Little Nick, this features a 31.8mm center and a 750mm width.

The silhouette, widened by 50mm from the 700mm chromoly version, gives your bike a more modern look.

With a shape that makes it easy to control the bike and dampen vibrations from the ground, if you were to distill the necessary elements for comfortable bike control, it would surely result in a shape like the Little Nick.

Being simple is very difficult, but I think that what you see after thinking things through to their simplest form is often something just like this.
