SimWorks by NITTO’s Mowmow Bar and Cowcow Bar are back with a fresh new look!
From here on out, they will be available in two colors: Shot Black and Shot Silver.
The "shot finish" is a surface treatment that uses the same principle as sandblasting—bombarding the metal with fine particles like sand or beads. For these handlebars, however, we’ve used even finer particles than usual. In addition to creating a unique finish that is smooth despite the grit typical of a shot-peened texture, the logos shine with a distinct luster—gold on the black handlebars and black on the silver ones.
That’s right, these aren’t your standard black or silver finishes!
Whether you go for a sleek black-on-black build or add a pop of color with the silver, the beauty of the shot finish is how it fuels the builder’s imagination. While I’ve focused on the colors, the bar geometry is something our entire Circles staff unanimously agrees is top-notch, so please be sure to get your hands on one and feel it for yourself!
Nob already installed a Mowmow Bar on his Doppo Racer and looks like he had a great time at Biocycle this past weekend.
The low-rise Mowmow is great for trail bikes and flat-bar gravel builds, and it’s also highly recommended for tracklocross.
On the other hand, the high-rise Cowcow is best suited for bikes you want to ride in a relaxed position. It feels great on commuters or laid-back all-terrain bikes.
