By using the Velcro straps provided at the bottom of the bag, you can easily secure it to the basket, allowing for multi-purpose use both while you're riding and when you've hopped off your bike.

Use Your Space Effectively
Frame bags are easy to introduce because they can be easily mounted on bikes that aren't equipped with baskets or the like.
Many frame bags have strict sizing requirements that necessitate a proper fit, but a feature of the RAL EM Loader is that it can be mounted on relatively any bike frame regardless of size.
This basic frame bag, designed to attach to the top tube and down tube, consists of both a main compartment and a flat side pocket, and the zipper placed on the upper side makes it easy to access while riding. The main compartment is also equipped with inner loops for securing mini-pumps or tool rolls.
