Features of the Weekend
There are three main features of QUOC's city model, the Weekend.
All-Weather Capability
The entire shoe is constructed from highly water-resistant materials.
The outsole uses a high-grip and highly water-resistant material from BLOOM™, allowing you to pass through puddles without worry.
It is designed to prevent water ingress from the bottom of the sole.
Additionally, the upper is resistant to getting wet, while the inner lining is made of quick-drying mesh material, keeping discomfort to a minimum.
Walkable Binding Sole
A binding sole is meant to make pedaling more efficient and comfortable while riding.
While they are recognized as "shoes to make cycling efficient," it is often hard to find "walkable cycling shoes."
The Weekend features a resin mid-board just under the insole that creates flex.
This provides propulsion for both cycling and running, achieving a balance between walkability and pedaling efficiency.
