Since releasing the Gran Tourer in 2018, QUOC has gained wide support from cyclists, ranging from town use to off-road, thanks to the comfort that transcends its positioning as a gravel shoe. Last year, they released the further updated Gran Tourer II, and based on the experience from those two models and following further refinements, this Gran Tourer XC was born as a shoe equipped with perfect performance and unparalleled comfort.

Dual dial closure system

By upgrading to a dual-dial closure system—also used on the Gran Tourer II—it achieves an even more comfortable fit. It provides a higher level of hold, and naturally, because it’s a dial system, it is easy to put on and take off, and allows for fit adjustments while riding.

Original sole combining TPU tread and carbon composite

The combination of a feather-light carbon composite outsole and TPU tread provides excellent stiffness and efficiency. The rubber toe cap enhances the shoe's durability and protection, making it recommended for all-terrain riders who tackle tough rides. Additionally, for the first time on a QUOC shoe, removable TPU spikes are included, providing grip even in muddy conditions.

I was able to meet Quoc himself in Taiwan the other day for the first time in a while; he was very pleased with the finish and had been looking forward to the release.

While keeping the sophisticated style unique to QUOC, the Gran Tourer XC is equipped with the lightness and sole stiffness to further improve your riding quality. It is, of course, perfect for gravel and adventure rides, but it will also fully demonstrate its power in cross-country and cyclocross races.

There are three colors in total. I wore them for a ride at the recent WONDER HOPPER Vol.0, and they were very comfortable to wear all day without tiring me out—truly as expected from QUOC. If you already wear QUOC shoes, please come to the shop and try them on.

Mono Ⅱ / New Color – Sand

A new color, Sand, has also been added to the Mono II, QUOC’s interpretation of a race-grade road shoe.

The Mono II not only pursues the lightness of a shoe to the limit but also realizes a surprisingly comfortable footbed by meticulously crafting its dedicated insole.

The entire insole is made of a material with high vibration absorption. In addition to a three-dimensional design where moderate cushioning disperses the load in high-pressure areas, it comes with three types of arch support parts that are essential to the shoe. This plays an important role in countering fatigue that accumulates in the arch (plantar fascia), and combined with a indentation where the ball of the foot (the center point of power) sits, it takes the fit to the next level.

An elegant shoe that packs in race specs while not letting you feel them, the addition of Sand to the simple and easy-to-match Black and White colors means you can enjoy even more varied coordination.
