What staff member Kosei thinks is good about YOTSUBA CYCLE.
Search Google for “kids' bikes” and there are lots of kinds.
Colors, shapes and prices run the whole gamut.
You want your own child to be able to practice with peace of mind, and to choose something well designed, and I think the most important thing is that it's fun.
YOTSUBA CYCLE is neither a budget version that simply shrinks an adult bike, nor a bike that, because it's for kids, packs in too many features and ends up heavy or with so-so design. I think YOTSUBA CYCLE sits at the “exact opposite” of bikes like those.
That's exactly why, with no favoritism, it's the bike I'd want to choose as a child's bicycle.
If there were one other to waver over, it might be that famous one with the slightly classic, calm monotone look. Those who've been searching around may know the one I mean.

I think they're all good bikes.
But if we're choosing kids' bikes at Circles, it's YOTSUBA CYCLE we want to stock after all. The reason is that I feel it's made not only to be “easy to ride” for children, but with proper thought given to “the fun of playing on a bike” as well.
The tires are fat, and the frame shape is just like a little MTB.
It's a bike made for kids, but it has real fun as a bicycle. It's a bike that makes you feel the people who make it must surely love bikes, too.

On the chain area, where trouser hems easily get dirty, a bare-minimum bash guard. Small brake levers to suit small palms, and fat tires!
And above all, a lightness of about half that of a typical kids' bike.
Each of these touches leads to children being able to enjoy their bikes more freely and more casually.
What Circles cares about.
Objects themselves are blameless, so I won't say nothing but YOTSUBA will do! Whatever bike you choose, each has its own merits.
That said, what Circles wants to offer isn't only the sale of a bicycle. We want to deliver along with it the service for living with a bike for a long time, including maintenance and advice after purchase.
Whether we're building a bike costing several hundred thousand yen or building a YOTSUBA CYCLE, we follow the same steps.

The complete bikes lined up in store are in the shape of a bike, but we take them completely apart and grease every part. Do the wheels spin true, is the brake feel as good as it can be? After those checks, we hand over each bike one at a time.

At the point when it's lined up in store, it has merely taken the shape of a bicycle. Precisely because a bike isn't something to look at but something you actually ride, we service it thoroughly before handover so that it can be used comfortably for a long time.

Off comes the handlebar, and a quick dab of grease goes on the important spots.

So that it can be used for a long time, plenty of grease goes on the BB, too.
We put proper work into the places you can't see as well, finishing each bike one by one.
It's hard to see in the photo, but the grease has been properly applied. This, too, is a little extra effort so that it will last.

You're welcome, of course, to ask us about things like this, too!
- Is it better to have training wheels?
- I'd like to fit a basket.
- Do you have a cute, strong lock for kids?
- I'd like to clean up a hand-me-down bike and ride it.
If it's about bikes, ask us anything.
And of course, those who buy a YOTSUBA CYCLE can use our repairs and maintenance at the family price~.
We look forward to seeing you for a test ride in store, too.
This was Kosei. See you again!
