Bicycle Utilization Promotion Research Institute, commonly known as "Chariken"
Aiming to create a better bicycle culture, this NPO was established on June 28, 2012. And now, one year has passed since they set up their desks on the 3rd floor of Circles last May. We will be holding an anniversary party for the organization to mark this occasion.
The date will be the night of Saturday, June 28th, and the venue will be the 1st floor of the Circles shop. With the cooperation of Sim Works and EARLY BIRDS BREAKFAST, who operate in the same building, we are creating a space that everyone can enjoy—from those with a vague interest in bicycle culture to those who identify as true cycling enthusiasts.
We hope you will join us.
