Lately, when customers come into our shop to buy a bicycle, the choice of "Panasonic" has been increasing, regardless of the model or grade.
Why is that?
As I mentioned in my blog before, I suspect it might be because the Panasonic Wild Knights won the Japan Rugby Championship. (I can practically feel the sharp jabs of "Are you still talking about that?!" coming my way.)
I, for one—I alone—believe this to be true.
Wait! I'm talking about rugby, of course!
When I mentioned it before, it was the "Top League victory," but this time it's the "Japan Championship victory."
In baseball terms, it’s like winning the Japan Series.
They are the true champions of Japan.
Of rugby...
Congratulations. Wild... Knights....
Anyway, since they’re on such a roll, I’d like to introduce a super cool bike that was just completed from Panasonic!
Panasonic ORCD01 (Gradation&Line)
The moment you’ve all been waiting for.
Many of you have been curious about this, right?
That's right, it's the endurance road model from Panasonic: the ORCD01.
It comes equipped with mechanical disc brakes that provide stable stopping power even in wet conditions.
(The complete bike, as well as the frame & fork set, comes standard with TRP SPYRE brakes!) Since it can accommodate tires up to 28c, it's also great for gravel riding!
For the color, we made full use of the Panasonic Order System and chose Gradation & Line.
The gradation on the rear stays is a truly beautiful finish.
The headset is Chris King.
Beyond its performance, the ability to perfectly match the color is another reason why Chris King is chosen.
For the stem, we chose the NITTO UI-25EX,
and for the saddle, a BROOKS CAMBIUM.
The owner’s excellent sense of style really shines through here.
Y-sama! Thank you for waiting! Please ride it to your heart's content!
